2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel automatically processes technical data in server log files, such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referrer URL, and browser and operating system information. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition, we have concluded a data processing agreement including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with Vercel.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing purposes, and it does not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and icons are served from our own server, so no data is transferred to font or icon providers.

4. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the details you provide (first and last name, company, role, email address, and your message) in order to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Messages sent via the contact form are delivered to us by email using the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Resend; transfers of data to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Links to other services

Our website links to Uhob Drive (drive.uhob.com) and to our LinkedIn page. These are ordinary links — no data is sent to these services until you click them. After that, the privacy policy of the respective service applies.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
• have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
